Drumniall features a spacious, airy and light lounge and dining area, with a striking original stone fireplace and chimney breast now provided with a Morso wood-burning stove. A well-appointed galley kitchen (with underfloor-heated mosaic tiling) adjoins, and has a serving hatch into the dining area. In addition to a Bosch gas hob and fitted electric oven, there is a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
The two bedrooms, accessed off a rear corridor, both have full-sized double beds, together with small built-in wardrobes fitted with storage shelves and drawers. Both rooms have wash-hand basins.
The shower-room (also with under-floor heated mosaic tiling) has a quality corner glass shower unit, wash-hand basin, heated towel-rail and WC.
Drumniall also has a full oil-fired central heating system, which together with the wood burning stove and underfloor heated areas ensures complete comfort at all times; a large cupboard in the corridor houses the hot water tank and provides drying facilities.
Lighting throughout the cottage is controlled by dimmer switches, enabling a variety of ambiences to be created as required.
Drumniall is fitted and furnished comprehensively; bed linen, towels, washing-up items, detergents &c are all provided. Intending guests are asked to note that there is NO television at the cottage. However, Broadband Internet Wi-Fi is installed, together with a VHF radio, DVD player, docking station and sound system in the lounge, together with a wide range of books, magazines and board games.
